The cancellation is email driven, if you try to cancel your order and it's wrong. You will get shipped, the wrong order, and have to pay for the return shipping which is much more. They won't sent you a RMA to cover the cost. The low rating reflect the need for a 1 800 customer support. The email system is to slow and an inefficient form of communication. I put my cell phone on the email, and never once got a call.
