It was supposed to arrive before Christmas and has been stuck in the same place for 8 days and the tracking didn’t update at all. Very disappointed
Haven’t received it yet , poor customer service, the only beautiful thing about 2819 is the pastor and theWord. I’ve tried all I could to be in communication with customer service, after my first phone call they nevertried to call me back. Started ignoring all my calls. Using ChatGPT to respond to my emails. I basically have had no support trying to recievemy package other than me making all types of international calls to fix this.
I justgave my life to Christ, I pleaded for them to honor my purchase and atleast send me a new one in the time being but I’verecieved nothing but coldness.
And they also deletedmy IG comment pleading for them to just help me.
My close friends will not be buying anything from this company. Only great thing about the is Pastor Phillip’s service.
Very OVERSIZED was my only issue. Great quality & looks great, but I had to return for a smaller size. It would be helpful if the sizing details were included in the description in the future.
